Food Blogging

Phil has been blogging photos of what he and I are cooking in our beautiful kitchen. I’ll probably be doing the same with stuff I cook for myself.



Tonight we made marinaded steaks under the broiler, herb salad with bleu cheese dressing, onion bread pudding with gruyere, and a fresh ginger and peach cobbler. Cooking rules.

that looks droolably good (but would never fit in my $25/wk budget)<br />

salad idea:<br />

dip quartered eggplant rounds in egg and unbleached flour.<br />

pan-fry in a little butter (emphasize little) until cooked and crispy<br />

serve with baby spinach and dark lettuce, fresh tomato, feta, and a nice mango-chutney based salad dressing (roughly a vinagrette with some mango chutnry thrown in)<br />

unexpectedly yummy<br />

i feel like this food blogging is getting way out of hand. the feed of your flickr is just crammed with food. much like your mouth.<br />
